Try your hand at Cocktail Making or
in the profession they call "Mixology"! The 2-hour
session involves a brief introduction to the different kinds of
cocktails and spirits. Of course you'll get to taste some on the way
and then you'll be let loose to make your own. With a small
competition against yourself, you can show off what you
have learnt and practice those new moves behind the bar. You'll be
judged by your mates and cocktail bar staff. Finish off
inventing a cocktail named after the Groom To Be!
