How to Book Your Stag Weekend

Once you've decided on your stag weekend package, all that's left for you to do is make the booking! We always recommend you reserve your stag do as early as you can — many of our locations are very popular and do get busy!

All that’s required to secure your booking is a 1 person deposit (of the full amount) plus any optional insurance premiums you’ve decided to take and you will be sent your letter of confirmation. One of the advantages of choosing us is our flexible booking service which allows you to change group numbers up to 4 weeks before your departure date without any penalty. All we ask is that if your group numbers go up or down by more than 2 people you just keep us informed as we'll need to change the hotel reservation.
Four weeks before departure date give us final confirmation of the group number and just pay the full balance.

Deposits

Only a 1 person deposit for the total cost of the stag weekend (plus any optional insurance premiums taken) is needed to secure your stag party booking up to the four weeks prior to your event.

Payments can be made by:

Debit Cards - No charge will apply to payments made by debit cards.

Cheques - Are welcome with name and card number on the reverse.

Credit Cards - All major cards are accepted (excluding American Express, Transax and Diners). Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge, which represents the charge we incur for processing such payments.

Your package and money is safe as all clients' funds are held in a trust
account as per the Travel Trust regulations 1992.

Optional Extras

We can provide a cost effective insurance cover specially designed for Activitiy and Leisure Breaks. The policy provides the following benefits per person:
