How to Book Your Stag Weekend

Now you've decided what to include in your weekend package, all you need to do is make the payment for your booking. We always suggest reserving as early as possible as many destinations do get busy!

All we need to reserve your booking is a single 1 person deposit (this is your payment only that reserves for your group, based on your best estimate of group numbers) - you will then be sent an email to confirm your booking with details on how to set up individual on-line payments. One of the advantages of working with us is our flexible booking system that allows party numbers to change up to 6 weeks before your weekend date without being subject to any penalties. Just let us know if your group numbers go up or down by more than 2 people as we'll need to change your hotel reservation and inform our activity suppliers.
Individuals can budget their payments seperately on-line as long as everyone pays in full by the agreed final balance date
6 weeks before departure date, you will need to provide your final numbers with your room list and settle the final balance.

Deposits

Payments can be arranged by:

Debit Card - No charges apply to payments made with a debit card.

Credit Card - We accept all major cards (excluding American Express and Diners). Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge, which represents the surcharge we incur for processing these payments.

Bank Transfer - If you would like to make a payment using this method, please contact us for bank account details

Your funds are 100% safe

Your deposit and final amounts are placed in a trust account until you have returned from your weekend. This guarantees that any monies received are refundable in the unlikely event that StagNites should go out of business.

Please note: ATOL provides no protection for stag weekends in the UK without taking a flight. Your package booked with us is fully ABTA protected.

We can arrange competitive insurance cover designed specially for Activity and Leisure weekends. The policy offers the following benefits per person:

Late Bookings

If you've left it to the last minute or another company has let you down, we'll be pleased to help organise your weekend. Please feel free to call StagNites for late availability. We can almost always offer packages in the UK at short notice, although this may not be possible within the last week before your departure!
