How to Book Your Stag Weekend
Once you've decided on your stag weekend package, all that's left for you to do is make the booking! We always recommend you reserve your stag do as early as you can — many of our locations are very popular and do get busy!
- Call us to check availability for the stag weekend you've chosen.
- All that's required to secure your weekend booking is a 1 person deposit plus any optional insurance premiums you've decided to take and you will be sent your letter of confirmation. One of the advantages of choosing us is our flexible booking service which allows you to change group numbers up to 6 weeks before your departure date without any penalty. All we ask is that if your group numbers go up or down by more than 2 people you just keep us informed as we'll need to change the hotel reservation.
- 6 weeks before departure date give us final confirmation of the group number and just pay the full balance.

Deposits
Only a 1 person deposit (plus any optional insurance premiums taken) is needed to secure your stag party booking up to the six weeks prior to your event.
Payments can be made by:
Debit Cards - No charge will apply to payments made by debit cards.
Credit Cards - All major cards are accepted (excluding American Express, Transax and Diners). Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge, which represents the charge we incur for processing such payments.
Bank Transfer - Please contact us for details
Cheques - Are welcome with name and card number on the reverse
Your money is 100% safe
Travel Trust Regulations 1992
Your money (deposit and final balance) is put in a bonded members trust until you have returned from your Stag Weekend. This guarantees that any monies received are refundable in the unlikely event StagNites should cease trading.
Please note: ATOL offers no protection for Stag Weekends in the UK without flights. Your package booked with us is safe as per Travel Trust Regulations 1992
Optional Extras
We can provide a cost effective insurance cover specially designed for Activity and Leisure Breaks. The policy provides the following benefits per person:

A copy of the full terms and conditions will be sent to you and are available on request. Please note that it's your responsibility to ensure that the cover matches your requirements.
Insurance Premiums per person:
- One Day £5.00
- Up to 3 Days £10.00
- Up to 5 Days £12.00
Late Bookings
If you've left it to the last minute or have been let down by another company, we'll be glad to help you. Please don't hesitate to call StagNites for late availability. We can almost always offer Stag Weekends and Stag Nights in the UK at short notice!
